How do I use my credits?
After purchasing credits, simply upload a photo from your gallery or take a new one with the camera, then choose the anime style you want. One credit will be used for each transformation.
Why did my transformation fail?
Transformations might fail due to network issues, server load, or if the image contains content that doesn't comply with our guidelines. Try again with a different image or check your internet connection.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've reinstalled the app or switched to a new device, you can restore your purchases by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button on the credits screen. This will verify your previous purchases with the App Store or Google Play and restore your credits.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us. Please contact Apple App Store or Google Play support for refund requests. However, feel free to let us know about your issue, and we'll try to help if we can.
